How we use your feedback

You can rate a career profile, report something wrong or missing, or request a career without making an account.

What we keep

We keep the feedback or career request you send, the career page or section it concerns, and the date. We ask for an email only after you send a comment or career request, and only if you want us to follow up. For a career request, we may use it to let you know when a matching guide is published.

We do not keep your name or IP address with these records, and we do not join them with analytics data.

How long we keep it

We keep these records until you ask us to remove them. There is no automatic expiry yet.

Ask us to remove your information

Email [email protected] from the address you used. We will remove that address from feedback and unlink it from career requests, subscriptions and account records.
